Contrary to what you may understand about the real estate industry there is more inventory in residential and commercial real estate in Nassau County, Queens County, Suffolk County, and Kings County (Brooklyn), Long Island, New York than in the past several years. Understanding the real estate industry and having the ability to price a property accurately for sale, the resources to market that property internationally, negotiate the sale, and close the sale to that property, takes expertise, expertise you will learn with Mr. Michael in the field and the entire resources available to the Executives at Realty Executives of New York. I am currently looking for an Executive in every town in Long Island to partner with my listing inventory with the expertise to accurately represent the property and the town of interest to the buyer. As the primary broker coordinator to the listing inventory I'm in a position to teach a new person to the industry or an person of experience the expertise to close the sale to residential property and commercial real estate across Long Island. This is a limited opportunity for one right person in each town. This opportunity is only available to full time Executives.

Moreover, closing the sale to pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, post foreclosure, real estate owned property (REO) is not your traditional sale that often requires the approval of a third party to a short sale. Successful closings to these sales requires specialized closing expertise from the Realtor's perspective and the Attorney, legal perspective. I have teamed with the leading law firm on Long Island that specializes in these sales and now am interviewing the right sales people that are interested in this exploding field to work with on deals; full training will be provided by Mr. Michael.
